Membership FAQ

Can I pause my membership?

Yes. Members may pause their membership once per year for up to 60 days with 7 days' notice. All unused credits roll forward.

Do unused treatments roll over?

Monthly facial credits roll over for one month. Treatment discounts and product credits do not accumulate.

Is there a commitment period?

Select and Black memberships are month-to-month after an initial 3-month commitment. Atelier is structured on an annual basis.

Can I share my membership?

Memberships are individual and linked to your medical record. They cannot be shared or transferred.
